FINAL!
The elevators dont work in both directions - ran out of time and patience - im sure its a simple checkbox that needs to be clicked or something...but i dont care...
The staircase in the apple centre has caused invisible geometry that i cant get rid of - so the staircase cant be accessed... annoying
The apple elevator may need to be jumped on to get it to go...

The Explanation...
APAC(h)E...
apple+versace (yes u have to be talented to work that one out...)
...and incase u dont get it, the helicopter on the roof of the entrance (taken from google warehouse) is an apache gun ship.... see... it all fits together...
Who-Gets-What: My ideas behind "who-gets-what-office" are a bit lame - but they work...
Versace to me, seems very separated from the world - doesn't know what its like to be a normal person living 'life' - shes been very privileged and highly strung - so she seemed the perfect candidate for the top floor suite.
Conveniently, all my thoughts about Jobs concluded that he should get the lower office... He's a lot more 'down-to-earth' - he doesn't promote himself - He's relatively selfless and i decided his environment should be more of a 'lab' - which i attribute to being downstairs...
So that was that.
Donatella Versace's office: is very white with highlights of black - a timelessly elegant trademark of Versace. Personally i feel the logo has been used to death in this design, however Versace s well known for showing off its trademark and i feel that Donatella would appreciate the use of its logo throughout the office.
Versace's lift is loacted backstage' of her catwalk, it uses an appropriation of the Versace logo, and drawing inspiration from a pininfarina designed kitchen. (yes a kitchen!). The catwalk is surrounded by water, to echo the yearly Versace fashion show at the Ritz in Paris, where a glass catwalk is built over the hotels pool.
Steve Job's office: The entrance to Jobs office is appropriated from the main Apple store on 5th Ave NY NY. The store is completely below ground, with only a glass cube above the street for the entrance - similar experience to entering The Louvre.
The elevator is an apple with a compartment carved out of it to make it like a 'pod' (yes, i am agenious!)
Meeting place: The best connection i could come up with between Versace, Jobs and the concept of power was "Leopard."
Long winded? maybe - but its kinda clever (and incredibly nerdy/geeky) of me. "Leopard" is the name of the new Apple OS. Leopard print is synonymous with fashion (at least it used to be) - although not an icon of versace, it still features in numerous of its designs.

- Versace Logo used as a bust stand / display
- circular entrance inspired by circular windows in versace store
Looking from versace's office into her lobby

rear of building - triangular shaped section is meeting room
Entrance to building
Jobs' Lab. Clean, Minimalist, White - all characteristics of apple.

The Leopard print is not a design feature! - it symbolises the link between jobs/versace/power.
Current Apple OS is called Leopard
Leopard print was (and sometimes still is!) quite fashionable - versace produce numerous leopard print products.
Leopards are very powerful animals.... Long winded - but it works!
